Description
We are actively searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. This role significantly contributes to our operations by managing customer applications and maintaining accurate records. The individual will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions.
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for branch managers, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting first-round interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to assess candidate suitability and coordinate second-round interviews.
• Build targeted hiring strategies for counter sales positions initially, expanding to other department needs over time.
• Review incoming resumes and applications using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment technologies.
• Write performance-related memos and disciplinary documentation for staff, when required, in collaboration with HR leadership.
• Track and report on hiring metrics, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and interview success rates.
• Act as the recruitment subject matter expert for your assigned region, leveraging insights to streamline processes and meet hiring goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Recruiting Coordinator
• Proficient in 401k - RRSP Administration
• Demonstrated ability in Career Development
• Proven track record in Employee Relations
• Familiarity with HR Policy
• Knowledge of HR Compliance
• Experience in conducting Performance Reviews
• Proficiency in Performance Management
• Expertise in Personnel File Maintenance
• Experience in implementing Policies & Procedures
• Proven skills in Recruiting
• Proficiency in Recruitment - Sourcing
• Experience handling Terminations
