• IT HRIS SQL Analyst

    Description

    We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst with experience in SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports and a background in HR and payroll, to support our HR and Payroll departments in managing business applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating SQL / SSRS reports, troubleshooting system issues, implementing business requirements, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating upgrades. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills.

     

    + Standardized report creation, data analysis, documentation, coordinate software implementations and upgrades

    + Must have experience with creating reports using SSRS, SQL

    + Support and collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams

    + Nice to have HR and payroll knowledge of OR, WA or CA payroll/HR laws

    + Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills

     

    Salary range: $75 - $90k (salaried non-exempt)

     

    Remote in WA - visit the office once per month

    Vacation Structure: accrue 4.31 hours per pay period to start
