Description
RobertHalf is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Solutions Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on expert in driving integrated solutions for enterprise customers. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to design, deliver, and support custom solutions that address customer-specific needs across the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
You will play a pivotal role in uncovering business challenges, defining technical solutions, guiding integration projects, and ensuring sustained customer success across our platform and partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
+ Partner with Enterprise Sales teams to understand customer pain points and business processes.
+ Develop solution blueprints and demo strategies tailored to customer use cases.
+ Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations, business process diagrams, technical Q& A sessions, and ROI narratives.
+ Collaborate on technical components of RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and other formal documentation.
+ Establish credibility with stakeholders across all levels by articulating technical and business value propositions clearly.
Post-Sales / Delivery Responsibilities:
+ Own the end-to-end delivery of integration projects involving ERP, TMS, WMS, CRM, and ECM systems.
+ Lead the functional and technical scoping, solution design, UAT, and deployment phases.
+ Work with Solutions Engineers to build and validate integration workflows and data objects (e.g., Quotes, Bookings, Invoices).
+ Drive cross-functional alignment and SOP updates for integrated clients.
+ Facilitate successful onboarding and adoption of the platform with Client Solutions and Operations teams.
+ Serve as a technical escalation point to triage, diagnose, and resolve integration issues.
+ Collect and relay feedback to inform product enhancements and future solution roadmaps.
Requirements
Basic Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent detail-oriented experience.
+ 8–12+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or enterprise software delivery roles.
+ Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end integration projects (ERP, CRM, SaaS, etc.).
+ Proven success in customer-facing roles requiring both technical and business acumen.
Technical Competencies:
+ Deep understanding of system integration methods (APIs, SOAP/REST, XML, JSON).
+ Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, structured data, and web-based platforms.
+ Ability to design technical architecture and workflows in support of client needs.
+ Experience working with tools like Salesforce, Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, DocuSign, Flexport, or similar platforms.
+ Comfortable drafting technical documentation such as SOWs, workflow diagrams, and data maps.
Soft Skills:
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, verbal, written, and visual.
+ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
+ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones and departments.
Nice to Have:
+ Experience with electronic signature platforms, e-commerce logistics, or supply chain technology.
+ Exposure to Agile methodologies and enterprise IT environments.
+ Experience supporting global clients in a B2B SaaS environment.
