TriMas Aerospace Summer Internship Program

We are currently seeking high energy and motivated students to join our team as a 2025 Intern at our TriMas Aerospace company. An internship with TriMas allows students to be a part of dynamic and innovative projects, while providing ample mentoring and professional development opportunities. Working alongside leadership, interns have the opportunity to learn through hands-on experience. An internship with TriMas will provide you with invaluable experience that you could utilize in any role, and it is TriMas’ goal to evaluate its interns for potential entry-level openings.

These internship opportunities will be located at ourWeldmac Manufacturing facility in El Cajon, CA.

We are looking for interns in the following areas:

Quality

Project Scope: Creating and updating work instructions, process documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with AS9100 standards.

Internship Course:

Over the course of our 8 - 10- week internship experience you will have the opportunity to:

Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while finding solutions to real world problems.

Experience our products up close by touring our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.

Interact directly with our company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of TriMas Aerospace

Build a lasting professional network through social events and engaging activities.

Gain the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in the aerospace industry.

Intern Salary Ranges

Bachelor's: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour

Master's: $32.50 to $34.75 per hour
