About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI/ML Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, data science, and infrastructure; someone who can design ML systems that not only solve real business problems but scale efficiently in production.

You’ll be instrumental in developing and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines, enhancing product capabilities with intelligent automation, and contributing to strategic AI initiatives across the company.

What You'll Do: Design & Deploy ML Systems: Build scalable, production-grade ML systems (real-time or batch) across recommendation, personalization, fraud detection, or NLP-driven workflows. Collaborate

Across Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to shape ML features and architecture, translating business needs into robust solutions.

Operationalize Machine Learning: Own the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and training to model deployment and monitoring using MLOps best practices.

Drive ML Platform Innovation: Help shape our internal ML platform tools and infrastructure to accelerate experimentation, reproducibility, and delivery.

Own Metrics and Outcomes: Measure model performance through A/B testing, monitoring systems, and KPIs; iterate based on outcomes.

Champion Responsible AI: Advocate for fairness, transparency, and security in our models; participate in peer reviews and ethical audits when needed.

Requirements

What You Bring:

Education: B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or related technical field.

Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in ML engineering, ideally within fast-paced, product-driven environments.

Strong Programming Fundamentals: Expert in Python and proficient in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. '

MLOps Know-How: Experience with ML pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow), CI/CD practices, and model observability.

Cloud & Data Engineering Familiarity: Comfort working in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and with big data tools like Spark, Databricks, Hive, or Dask.

NLP & GenAI (a plus): Experience in NLP, transformer models (BERT, GPT), embeddings, fine-tuning LLMs, or vector database integrations is a big bonus.

Collaboration & Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts to cross-functional audiences and contribute to planning, decision-making, and mentorship.

Preferred Experience:

+ Experience scaling ML systems to millions of users.

+ Exposure to feature store development and management.

+ Comfortable with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

+ Experience with model governance, fairness, and interpretability frameworks.
