Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will join a team in the logistics industry and will be vital in managing office functions and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Manage customer credit records, maintaining their accuracy and up-to-date status.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing solutions and resolutions.
• Monitor customer accounts, taking necessary action when required.
• Execute tasks such as creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, and scheduling appointments.
• Track and trace shipments, ensuring they are on schedule and updating financials as necessary.
• Respond to customer and carrier requests, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and prioritization.
• Validate load data in systems, ensuring accuracy according to company and customer standards.
• Manage non-standardized activities related to carrier payments and order cancellations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite of programs to maintain records and manage operations.
• Uphold the values of a diverse and inclusive work environment, promoting creativity and innovation. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service and Call Center Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Office Functions and Operations
• Knowledge and understanding of Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures
• Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently
• Experience with Invoice creation and Payment Processing
• Commitment to Quality assurance and validation plans
• Understanding of Logistics and Shipping Functions
• Excellent Time Management skills and ability to Prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in executing tasks and projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
• Adherence to Company Policy and Discrimination Laws
• Experience in Call Center operations
• Familiarity with Transportation Services
