Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Program management to align on scope with respect to business objectives of modernization program and delivery

Strong BFS background with Clearing and settlement expertise

Domain Experience in Trading Equity Derivatives.

Proficient in Industry Standards tools, frameworks and Methodologies.

Proven expertise in :

+ Java, Cucumber BDD, Selenium, groovy, Rest Assured, API Test Automation development, Junit, TestNG frameworks, Test Data integration, Jira integration, Gherkins

+ CI CD using Jenkins, Linux commands, IntelliJ IDE, Gradle, Maven

+ Kafka topics data interactions, Json and Protocol Buffers

+ Excellent Analytical skills, Troubleshooting skills, Design thinking, Framework Concepts.

Roles & Responsibilities

+ Provide solutions (Manual + automated) to customer to achieve milestones and deliverables

+ Effective Communication to be a liaison with multiple client collaborators, drive solutions for meetings, conduct business review meetings

+ Design Test Automation Frameworks from Scratch

+ Drive teams to achieve client goals and contribute towards transformation initiatives

+ Raise Risk, provide mitigation and advise appropriate collaborators to resolve issues

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/04/25

The annual salary for this position is between $ 83,250/- to $ 131,500/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
