Description

We are in search of a motivated client facing Project Manager to join our team in the service industry, based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. The primary function of this role is to effectively operationalize new business acquired by the Sales Team, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to understand the needs and expectations of new clients

• Develop and execute roll-out timelines for onboarding new business

• Manage contract reviews for new business, ensuring all details are thoroughly understood and addressed

• Liaise with internal teams and clients

• Regularly provide updates on project status to all relevant parties

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze data relevant to new client programs

• Ensure accurate and efficient invoice processing and billing for new clients

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Billing processes and systems

• Strong skills in Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Relevant experience in the Service industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets

• High degree of professionalism and integrity

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
