Contract Sales Coordinator (Auditor)

Shift: 1st shift with some flexibility in hours, Monday–Friday

Onsite Work: 4–5 days per week

Robert Half is partnering with John Deere to fill the role of Contract Sales Coordinator (Auditor). About the Role

As a Contract Sales Coordinator (Auditor), you’ll play an essential role in verifying compliance, facilitating seamless transactions, and assisting both our dealer channel and field teams. Key responsibilities include:

+ Auditing state customer purchase orders to ensure compliance with contracts, co-op programs, and company policies.

+ Processing sales transactions through John Deere systems to enable accurate dealer settlements and credits, as well as invoicing for end-use customers.

+ Providing support and problem resolution for the dealer channel and field teams, with interpretation of policy and programs.

+ Preparing audit packets, assisting with call center inquiries, and following up on pending deals.

Schedule and Onboarding

+ Interviews: Conducted via Microsoft Teams.

+ Start Date: Targeted for 5/26/25, however, interviewing now to provide for ample onboarding time.

+ Flexible Hours: Availability between 10 AM–5 PM (phone hours) is required for the majority of your schedule. Specifics can be discussed during the interview.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple systems efficiently and approach tasks with a solutions-driven mindset. Ideal candidates will possess:

+ Administrative Expertise: Previous administrative experience is required.

+ Accounting/Auditing Background: Experience in finance, accounting, or auditing is strongly preferred.

+ Technical Proficiency: Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required) with the ability to navigate multiple systems seamlessly.

+ Attention to Detail & Critical Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and approach challenges creatively.

+ Professional Communication: A customer-first mindset when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Trainability: Eager to learn new processes and systems.
