    Description

    We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiting Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and placing skilled technical professionals in roles where they can thrive. Candidates must be results-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel in relationship-building through extensive outbound calls to both candidates and clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify technical professionals, including job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Assess candidate skills, background, and job preferences through detailed conversations over the phone.

    + Heavy Outbound Calls: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to establish contact with potential candidates and build robust talent pipelines

    + Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture, ensuring alignment between candidate profiles and client expectations

    + Database Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce.com of candidate interactions, progress, and placements to support recruitment efforts efficiently

    + Interview Coordination: Arrange candidate interviews with clients, prepping candidates to ensure successful interactions, ultimately leading to successful send outs

    + Networking: Build long-lasting relationships with technical professionals for future opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge to connect effectively with passive candidates.

    + Market Expertise: Stay up to date on industry trends and technical roles to provide expert insights to clients and candidates.

    Requirements

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

    + Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting experience in technical roles, preferably in a staffing agency environment

    + Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate high-volume outbound calling schedules effectively.

    + Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technical skillsets, including software development, systems administration, data analysis, and IT support.

    + Sales Experience: Proven success in building and maintaining professional relationships, with prior exposure to sales activity review (SAR) metrics

    + Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, roles, and priorities simultaneously.

    + Technology: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.com
