    Sr Financial Real Estate Analyst/Mgr, $120-$140k (in-office Coral Gables)

     

    Company Overview: Reputable and stable group growing within multifamily residential, land & acquisition RealEstate space. This is an exciting time to join the Executive team and cultivate a growing enitity of an established brand.

     

    Schedule: M-F In office; standard hours

     

    Salary: $120,000-$140,000

    Keys to this Role:

    + Experience in the Real Estate industry with Multi Family

    + Strong Financial modeling skills

    + and Underwritting

    + Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish

    + Min of a Bachelors Degree in Finance or RealEstate

    Responsibilities:

    + Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data from real-estate joint ventures.

    + Providing comprehensive explanations on different joint venture opportunities based on financial data.

    + Reviewing financial information related to (multifamily residential) land, term sheets, and overall financial outlook.

    + Employing financial modeling techniques to support strategic initiatives.

    + Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling tasks.

    + Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial models and reports.

    + Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and review the financial implications of joint venture opportunities.

    Requirements

    Experience in the Real Estate industry with Multi Family

     

    Strong Financial modeling skills

     

    and Underwritting

     

    Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish

     

    Min of a Bachelors Degree in Finance or RealEstate
