Robert Half has a brand new opening for a Fullstack .NET Core Developer with a client in Tarpon Springs, FL.

Position is full-time, with a 90 day onboarding period. Compensation ranging $90-120K depending on experience.

Kicks off in-office during onboarding period before becoming a Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days WFH.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer to drive the creation of innovative software solutions for our ophthalmology practice. This is a hands-on role where you'll develop high-quality, scalable code and make critical tech stack decisions that align with our existing systems. While strong leadership skills are a bonus, your primary focus will be on delivering robust, maintainable solutions. As our business grows, there’s a clear path for you to build and lead your own development team.

Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the lead software developer, working closely with business leaders to ensure that applications meet organizational needs

+ Drive our tech stack strategy by evaluating, selecting, and implementing the most effective tools and frameworks to build a scalable, innovative system from the ground up

+ Independently design, develop, and implement software solutions from concept through deployment and support

+ Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance

+ Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, vendors, and designers to deliver first-class enterprise software

+ Analyze workflows and develop custom applications that fit our organizational processes

+ Ensure that all code is scalable, maintainable, and adheres to industry best practices

+ Drive continuous process improvements and follow established best practices

+ Develop and maintain documentation, diagrams, and workflows to benefit future users and developers

Requirements

Top Skills/Experience Needed:

+ Experience as a stand-alone Developer in the .NET Core framework (ideally someone from a small shop would do very well here)

+ Experience with API integrations

+ Needs to be a full-stack developer – they will handle both the front and back end of development as the sole stand up developer on the team

+ Exposure to AI tools and progressive technology (needs to be innovative and have a curiosity for AI tools – they are working on an AI tool that listens to an exam and captures that conversation to then put all data points into their EMR)
