Job Duties and Responsibilities

An Application Experience Tester, Wireless UAT conducts user acceptance testing to drive enhanced usability and functionality in a variety of customer and customer support agent applications for our Wireless brands. A successful analyst supports project success and completion by working with business teams to ensure comprehensive, accurate, and timely testing of project features. **This position requires night and weekend work, both scheduled and unscheduled.**

Key Responsibilities:

+ Test Design and Planning: Develop and execute thorough test plans based on business requirements, UI/UX mocks, and technical specifications, ensuring an optimal user experience

+ Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues and validation of fixes

+ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, project managers, and customer support to guarantee successful product launches; proactively communicate status changes, improvements, and defect fixes to larger audiences

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Ability to balance and prioritize workload, ensuring timely delivery and planning for upcoming tasks with tight deadlines

+ Skills to navigate complex applications, situations, and tasks with minimal direct oversight from management

+ Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to define problems, gather information, and draw accurate conclusions

+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey testing status and discovered issues

+ Strong competency using Google Suite is desired; experience / familiarity using project management software (Jira, Service Now, HP ALM) is preferred

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $75,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
