    Title: Industrial Control Technician

    Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd

    Pay: $39.66

     

    An Industrial Control Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing control systems within industrial environments. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role:

    Responsibilities:

    * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot control and instrumentation systems.

    * Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

    * Diagnose and repair faults in complex control systems using specialized diagnostic equipment.

    * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

    * Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

    * Calibrate equipment to ensure accurate measurements and operations.

    * Update and modify control systems to improve efficiency and safety.

    * Document all activities for compliance and auditing purposes.

    * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    * Provide technical assistance and training to other team members.

    Qualifications:

    * Education: Associate\u2019s degree in a relevant field such as Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

    * Skills: Proficiency in control theory, electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams.

    * Experience: Hands-on experience with control systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

    * Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PLC, HVAC, or ISA may be required or preferred.
