We are seeking a **detail-oriented Contract Data Entry Specialist** to support critical rebate processing operations within a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
This position is **100% onsite in Houston, TX** , with a **Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** . It is offered as a **temporary-to-hire role** , giving the right candidate an opportunity to grow within a well-established company. The position offers a **pay rate of $15.28 per hour** , with business casual dress required in clerical areas and closed-toe shoes in light industrial zones. A **High School Diploma or GED** is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Accurately load and verify customer rebate contracts and addendums on a daily basis
+ Ensure all rebate contracts are processed within a 24-hour window of receipt
+ Collaborate with a team of four to meet daily contract processing goals
+ Communicate issues or contract trends clearly to the Rebate Supervisor
+ Work closely with the Pricing Administration team to resolve contract discrepancies
+ Maintain precise data accuracy, as contract errors directly impact pricing and profit margins
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED (required)
+ Prior clerical, administrative, or data entry experience (preferred)
+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
+ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
+ Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
+ Comfortable working 100% onsite in a professional office environment
**Pay Details:** $15.28 per hour
