    Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Customer Service & Repair Station Administrator** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact between our repair station, customers, and vendors — ensuring timely communication, efficient quoting, and smooth workflow across departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal departments

    + Review shop evaluation reports and generate accurate customer quotes in a timely manner

    + Monitor and update the status of all repair work orders

    + Communicate repair timelines, order statuses, and estimated completion dates to customers

    + Coordinate priorities with the production team

    + Manage communications and logistics for outside repairs with vendors

    + Maintain organized records and departmental files

    + Research and establish new vendor relationships for outsourced services

    + Support general office duties and assist other departments as needed

    + Administer and enforce the company’s FAA/DOT drug program compliance

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + 5+ years of customer service experience

    + 5+ years of experience in an FAA repair station (preferred)

    + Familiarity with Pentagon 2000SQL ERP system (or similar systems)

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

    + Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident

    + Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively

    Pay 20-24/hr

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
