Production Supervisor – Aerospace Manufacturing
We are partnering with a well-established aerospace manufacturing company near the Long Beach area that is seeking a **Production Supervisor** to lead daily operations within a fabrication or subassembly production area. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience who is looking for long-term career growth and the opportunity to take on more responsibility in a promotable environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Supervise and support hourly employees to meet production goals
+ Manage daily Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics
+ Oversee production flow across both 1st and 2nd shifts
+ Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in assembly, welding, and fabrication
+ Monitor productivity through visual management tools and daily performance reviews
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure product quality and on-time delivery
+ Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with labor agreements
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation for team and departmental activities
+ Support installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
Requirements:
+ **Bachelor’s degree required**
+ **3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment**
+ Experience in a unionized setting and with lean manufacturing principles is highly desirable
+ Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ **Experience with metal forming, machining, composite fabrication, and sub-assembly testing is a plus**
Additional Information:
+ Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.
+ Frequent standing, walking, and use of a computer monitor
+ This is an FAA safety-sensitive position. Pre-employment and random drug testing is required, including screening for THC, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, and PCP.

**Pay Details:** $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
