    Job Type: Full Time

     

    Hourly Pay: $15.00 + incentives

     

    Est. Annual Income: $60,000 - $100,000

     

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm

    About the Role

     

    As an Inside Sales Agent, your primary focus will be to generate additional revenue by closing pending sales opportunities and reducing cancellations of recently sold customers. You're often the last Refloor representative a customer speaks with, making your role essential in ensuring a positive final impression and gathering valuable feedback to support continuous improvement.

     

    While this position is part of the Sales team, you’ll also collaborate with our Marketing and Operations departments as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-focused, and committed to achieving team and company goals.

    Major Responsibilities:

    + Follow up on open sales opportunities to close deals and drive revenue growth

    + Monitor, review, and follow up on all customer cancellations with a focus on understanding concerns and finding solutions to retain their business

    + Clearly present pricing, financing options, and current promotional offers

    + Finalize sales by securing customer agreements and completing all necessary documentation

    + Keep detailed records and updates in Salesforce

    + Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions

    + Consistently hit weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs

    Qualifications:

    + 1 - 3 years of over-the-phone / virtual sales experience preferred.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Basic math and computer proficiency.

    + Experience with Salesforce & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
