**Job Summary:** Havel is seeking a Building Automation Branch Manager. This position will lead a 10-20 employee group in the Building Automation (“BAS”) field, including security. The role will oversee the installation and commissioning of our Temperature Controls systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Oversee all operational stages of the project, including Engineering, Programming, Material, Checkout, Installation and Closeout, to meet the scope agreed to with our customer, within the estimated budget.

+ Responsible for the division’s P&L and Operations

+ Oversees implementation plan for the customer’s situation and issues

+ Develops positive relationships with customer contacts, other site contractors, and our internal support teams

+ Directs a team consisting of control specialists, installers, engineers, programmers, project managers, and office staff for each project

+ Successfully maintains an acceptable rate of project savings compared to estimated budgets

+ Other tasks as required

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred

+ 10+ years experience in BAS, HVAC, Engineering or other applicable experience

+ Familiarity with commercial/industrial construction, specifically K-12 Schools, Hospital, Manufacturing, Pharma, High Tech, Secondary Education

+ Strong HVAC and hydronic understanding

+ Excellent communicator, a self-motivated individual with management and leadership skills

+ Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
