ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Develop and manage multiple customer accounts and achieve automation sales goals

+ Manage construction & renovation market for sales opportunities

+ Attend pre-bid meetings & site surveys for estimation details

+ Develop automation project scope, estimate, energy saving ROI, and proposals

+ Maintain CRM tracking

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications:

+ 3-5 years of recent automation sales / support experience preferred

+ Engineering / technical degree or equivalent experience preferred

+ Excellent proficiency in software tools for estimation, proposals, ROI, and CRM preferred

+ Knowledge of commercial construction market and bidding processes preferred

+ Knowledge of commercial contractors, facility managers, owners, engineering firms, and general contractors preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style
