Primary Responsibilities
**Position Overview:** Assist in managing the CEO Global Reverse Mentor Program, which includes 700+ reverse mentors, 40+ programs, and SPARK! sessions. Support the development and execution of program strategies across all brands, regions, functions, and channels. Enhance program equity and support new launches through strategic global collaborations.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Lead SPARK! session implementation and coordination.
+ Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
+ Manage the reverse mentor community and partnerships with brand, regional, and functional leaders.
+ Oversee external partnerships with Gen Z Network teams.
+ Manage reporting and metrics to ensure KPIs are met.
+ Identify opportunities to streamline program processes.
+ Report program progress to leadership.
+ Manage large-scale global events and the reverse mentor recruitment process.
+ Co-host information sessions and assist in recruiting new participants.
+ Support the Global Executive Team Reverse Mentor Program and collaborate with the CEO Global Presidential Program team.
+ Engage with the Global Reverse Mentor Community and promote learning and development opportunities.
+ Manage internal and external communications, including the quarterly Reverse Mentor Newsletter.
+ Facilitate idea sharing and create multimedia presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
+ Action⁃oriented with an ability to thrive in a fast⁃paced, highly demanding work environment while exhibiting excellence and professionalism in all interactions
+ Detail⁃oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, maintain updated checklists and files
+ Strong project management skills with the capacity to understand the broader context of the work and drive projects to completion
+ Ability to proactively anticipate program needs and identify potential problems or challenges
+ Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to apply best practices or key learnings from one event to the next to ensure we are consistently improving upon what we deliver to the organization
+ Collaborative problem⁃solver who demonstrates sound judgment in finding solutions and/or resolving issues
+ Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
+ Results⁃oriented with the ability to seek necessary information and then work independently to complete assignments against timelines
+ Proficient in programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
+ Familiarity with learning management systems/platforms
