Job Summary
Under limited supervision uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience and/or
formal training to administer and coordinate business unit early career talent acquisition programs.
Builds and maintains relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders, ensuring alignment
with business strategy and firmwide early careers strategy. Responsible for both talent acquisition and
talent management for specific areas and programs. Collaborates with other members of the business
advisory team to drive consistency and standardization, where possible. Also partners with the
candidate engagement (recruiting), development (training), and operations teams to provide a positive
end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides early careers talent strategy guidance to business units leveraging early careers
recruiting and HR knowledge, expertise and approach.
• Develops and maintains relationships with business stakeholders and hiring managers to set
early career talent strategy and hiring plans.
• Works closely with internal partners and liaisons (HR Business Partners, L&D, compensation,
etc.) to ensure alignment of recruiting strategy and other efforts that support business
objectives; keeps them informed and appropriately involves them in recruiting activities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with target candidates and business partners, including all
levels of employees/partners, vendors, and department heads.
• Partners with Campus Engagement Team (CES) to source qualified university students
providing the CES team with aligned Candidate Success Profiles and business unit information
to leverage in sourcing efforts.
• Recruits qualified university students to fill entry-level and intern positions by running a fair and
consistent recruiting process ensuring the firm’s brand and image is upheld on university
campuses.
• Partners with Early Careers Operations team to execute the recruiting process including
scheduling and conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Administers and coordinates assigned business unit internship programs and leadership
pipeline programs, including A2C (Assistant to Chair) program.
• Ensures adherence to legal, regulatory, and firm compliance requirements throughout the
recruiting process.
• Implements strategic recruiting initiatives (e.g., targeted hiring events) and new hire
development initiatives (e.g. rotation assignments).
• Keeps apprised of competitive market and landscape, identifying best practices and recruiting
trends.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Employment law and hiring practices.
• Applicant tracking systems (e.g. Taleo, Handshake, LinkedIn, etc) and processes for applicants,
open positions, and metrics.
• Firm’s recruiting policy, procedures and databases.
• EEOC and OFCCP regulations.
• Uniform Guidelines and EEO.
• Interviewing practices and techniques including behavioral based interview techniques.
• Principles, practices and procedures of human resources administration associated with
employment, compensation and classification.
• Facilitation and presentation methods and techniques.
• MS Office applications.

Education/Previous Experience
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, including 1 year of
campus recruiting experience
