As a **Senior Coordinator, Learning and Development** , you will compose, oversee, and conduct the implementation and effectiveness of the training and onboarding programs for the Operations team in Exton, PA with a substantial focus on standardized execution of production processes. The programs are intended to provide employees with the baseline training resources and tools needed to perform the standard work processes with a focus on productivity, quality of work; while adhering to safety, compliance, and quality expectations. The position requires excellent communication regarding complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. Responsibilities:
+ Sets and establishes the procedures and documentation necessary to schedule, communicate, execute, and document onboarding and training requirements at the site for new and current production employees.
+ Maintains records for executed trainings in conjunction with the P&O Business Partner.
+ Establishes timelines for onboarding and training execution in compliance with dsm-firmenich policies and supports the site with compliance to these timelines.
+ Maintains an up-to-date training matrix to ensure consistency for all production employees on the site.
+ Schedules training topics for employees through coordination with Subject Matter Experts (Quality, SHE and Manufacturing), and maintains records of executed trainings.
+ Ensures that new hire On-The-Job training is executed for production employees according to schedule and current best practices.
+ Completes 30, 60 and 90 day reviews with all new hires in order track progress and gain insight training challenges and improve the onboarding process.
+ Conducts effective orientation training for new employees in conjunction with HR Business Partner. Supports managers in acclimating new production hires to the business and defining training needs.

You Bring:
+ A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline such as education, training, HR, or related field; or demonstrates the ability to execute the job duties described based on previous work experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years in a working in a manufacturing facility using fixed and moveable equipment, sanitation equipment, and executing GMP compliant records. Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical and biomedical companies and executing GMP compliant records with background in biomaterials.
+ Demonstrated success collaborating and working in a team environment and coordinating multiple resources without direct supervision is required.
+ Previous experience with training is preferred.
+ Strong leadership and coaching skills.
+ Sound operational aptitude and problem solving/trouble shooting skills.
+ Able to develop and maintain rapport with operators and area supervision.
+ Resourceful: able to seek out and acquire new knowledge or subject material.
+ A willingness to use trainees feedback, experience from other area training coordinators, or outside consultants to enhance the operators training program in Area.
+ Knowledge of SAP/Blue Mountain and Microsoft tools and the ability to train others on SAP/BM.
+ OSHA, cGMP, and good documentation practices knowledge.
