The Sales Intern will be responsible for completing two key projects in support of the Account Management (Sales) team, as well as participating in key team and customer meetings to gain practical experience and business exposure.
Commercial Recommendation Project
The individual will develop a commercial recommendation by
+ Conducting in-depth sales analysis
+ Collaborating with the Commercial and Marketing teams
+ Identifying and understanding execution opportunities across the business
AI Development Project
The individual will also support the development and preparation of an AI solution for a broader launch, focusing on how it will enable and enhance the Account Management team's effectiveness.
Description:
+ Develop a commercial recommendation by-
+ Conducting in-depth sales analysis
+ Collaborating with the Commercial and Marketing teams

+ Attend and particpate in Hot Topics weekly meetings, Monthly Enagagment meetinsg and key planning update meetings.
Requirements:

+ A college student currently enrolled or just graduated in Spring 2025.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
+ Marketing and or Sales classwork including presenting case studies
+ Great work ethic and a desire to work in business
+ Candidate must be currently living in or willing to be in Lexington, KY from the end of May to the beginning of August 2025 for the summer program.
