    Summary

    Are you a skilled **Electronics Technician** with a passion for innovation and excellence? Chenega is looking for a talented Sr. Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team and help us push the boundaries of technology.

     

    _This position is contingent upon contract award_

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic systems and components.

    + Perform routine maintenance and testing on electronic equipment.

    + Collaborate with engineers to design and implement new electronic solutions.

    + Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed.

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Associate's degree in a technical related field or equivalent related experience.

    + A minimum of eight years of experience in installation, troubleshooting, and wiring of electrical/electronic equipment is required.

    + Must be able to pass a government background investigation.

    + Requires knowledge of basic and advanced electrical and electronic principles .

    _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_

    + Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.

    + Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.

    + Knowledge of OSHA general safety standards.

    + Knowledge of the proper care and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

    + Must be willing to travel up to 90%.
