    Overview

     

    As a Senior Product Manager, you will help our clients define, deliver, and scale Retail Media Network (RMN) solutions including strategy, product roadmap, and features in an agile and data-driven environment relentlessly focused on driving superior business outcome for our customers.

     

    As part of your responsibilities, you will lead a collaborative, cross-functional and high-performance team working with CX/UX designers, developers and senior management to guide Retail Media Network products through to fruition and help teams build and enhance successful products that deliver a differentiated customer experience, meet the demands of the market and drive business results.

    Responsibilities

    + Define and deliver new media formats (onsite, offsite, in-store), targeting capabilities, and performance measurement tools that drive ad effectiveness

    + Balance RMN product vision and roadmap with retailer monetization, brand marketing needs, and shopper relevance to develop feature backlog

    + Develop strong and deep understanding of the client organization’s RMN goals and priorities, competitive market positioning and market differentiation

    + Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure commercial viability of RMN products

    + Partner with engineering and data teams to integrate RMN capabilities with commerce platforms, CDPs, DSPs, and attribution solutions.

    + Continuously gather input from retailers, advertisers, agencies, and shoppers to inform product decisions and drive adoption

    + Define success metrics, establish test-and-learn frameworks, and optimize for incremental revenue, ROAS, and shopper engagement.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications (Expected):

    • 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years focused on Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech platforms.

    • Strong understanding of RMN ecosystems, including first-party data, targeting, measurement, and ad inventory monetization.

    • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital ad products in a retail or commerce environment.

    • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, ad serving, DSPs, and data collaboration environments (e.g., clean rooms).

    • Strong presentation and communication skills

    • Proven track record in strategy or product roles for 4-5 years with a bias for action

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, UX, and Analytics

    • Experience using data and analytics tools and well-developed intuitions for leveraging data and analytics in generating objective and actionable evidence for fast and data-driven decision making

    • A track record of having effectively managed product roadmaps, writing clear and specific product requirement documents, collaborating with user-experience on product design and having worked in a cross-cultural, geographically distributed team

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

    Qualifications (Preferred):

    • Demonstrated experience shipping product to market

    • Strong analytics skills and experience using analytics/visualization tools

    • Business and digital strategy experience

    • Identifying organizational and process changes required to successfully realize the benefits of a solution

    Additional information

    **Salary Range:** $117,000- $175,000
