    **Job Location:** 9525 Towne Centre Drive, San Diego, CA 92121. Required to work from Company Office (San Diego, CA) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.

    **Job Type:** Full Time

    **Rate of Pay:** $156,811 per year

     

    Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.​

     

    **Duties:** Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Provide design and implementation expertise to develop reporting applications utilizing Angular and Pentaho together with a Greenplum based data warehouse and reporting environment. Design and develop ETL workflows, data warehouse, and data marts. Develop dashboards and business intelligence reports. Implement new reporting and analytics capability for users of the data warehouse. Work with cross functional teams to identify and address database related issues. Collaborate with developers to optimize database and query performance. Evaluate and recommend new database technologies and reporting tools to improve performance and scalability. Monitor and maintain database performance, ensuring uptime and availability. Develop technical documentation for the system inclusive of architecture and data flows. Define system components, the development environment, and implementation strategies for new database technologies and incorporate them into development projects as appropriate.

    **Requirements:** Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics or a related field followed by ten years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or ten years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience must include one year of experience in each of the following:

    1. SQL

    2. MS SQL Server

    3. SSIS

    4. SSAS

    5. SSRS

    6. HTML

    7. Oracle - PL/SQL

    8. Shell Scripting

    9. Greenplum

    10. Informatica

    11. PostgreSQL

    12. Activeeon

    13. Embulk

    14. DigDag
