What You’ll Do

+ Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

+ Administer medications and treatments

+ Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

+ Document nursing interventions accurately and timely

+ Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families

+ Uphold resident dignity, safety, and satisfaction

Qualifications

+ Current LPN license in the state of PA

+ CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

+ Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

+ Compassionate, dependable, and strong team player
