    Responsibilities

    The administrative assistant is responsible for providing assistance to the BDC (Breast Diagnostic Center) in a friendly and courteous manner. The administrative assistant must maintain a neat and professional appearance and an organized work area. Prepares daily clinic. Reconciles Radiology reports with patient letters. Prepares for daily BDC conference.

    Salary Range:** **$35,996 - $44,466 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

    Qualifications

    Education

    Required: High School diploma or GED from an accredited program

     

    Preferred: N/A

    Experience

    Required: 1-year customer service experience/training

     

    Preferred: CRT experience.

     

    Previous Medical office experience.

     

    Previous KSC experience

     

    License(s)

    Required: N/A

    Preferred: N/A

     

    Special Skills

     

    Required: Must type 30 WPM.

     

    Preferred: Bilingual English and Spanish.

     

    Other

     

    Required: Excellent customer service skills.

     

    Ability to speak, write and understand the English language.
