Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Lead a scrum team through design and implementation of new stories and bug fixes. Perform thorough design reviews and code reviews. Take the team through sprint and agile ceremonies for successful delivery. Facilitate communication of requirements, scoping and design decisions between team members, architects, and product owners. Work closely with the architects and business partners to define new capabilities. Provide technical direction and support to the team. Participate in project roadmap discussions and planning for the team. Serve as the point of contact and or subject matter expert in the product domain. Provide hands on coding and knowledge of testing and support production issue troubleshooting. Improve efficiency of the team by implementing best practices and providing mentorship.

Salary: $183,250.00- $191,700.00 per year

What you have

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s related experience. Experience must include some experience in each of the following skills: Leading one or more scrum teams to deliver SaaS solutions to clients using agile methodologies; Full stack development with an emphasis on building highly scalable backend services, SOAP and REST API; .Net/C# and .Net core 3.0 and up; Building data intensive applications against SQL or NoSQL databases; Front-end JavaScript such as Angular, Vue, or similar; and Caching and event driven system architecture.
