The Donor Engagement Manager will play a key role in Pittsburgh Mercy’s development team, responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding relationships with individual and corporate donors. You will be instrumental in securing new gifts, ensuring donor retention, and developing long-term relationships that align with the strategic objectives of the organization. This position requires a strategic, relationship-focused individual who excels in donor cultivation, stewardship, and fundraising.

_Key Responsibilities:_

+ **Donor Cultivation & Solicitation:** Identify, research, and cultivate new and existing individual and corporate donors. Develop tailored strategies to engage prospective donors, and manage the full donor lifecycle, including solicitation and stewardship.

+ **Corporate Partnerships:** Build and nurture corporate relationships, including securing sponsorships, event partnerships, and employee giving programs. Develop strategies to engage companies at multiple levels.

+ **Fundraising Strategy:** Collaborate with the Development Team to create and implement a comprehensive donor engagement strategy that aligns with the organization’s annual fundraising goals.

+ **Donor Stewardship:** Develop and implement effective stewardship programs to recognize and retain donors, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction. Organize donor appreciation events and communications.

**Event Coordination:** Lead and support the planning and execution of fundraising events, including donor receptions, galas, and corporate-sponsored activities.
