Job Summary Manage the expense reporting process including administration set-up, audit review, reimbursement, and issues resolution. Essential Functions

+ Ensure timely reimbursement of Travel & Entertainment expenses for employees.

+ Typical duties include verifying expense receipts, adherence to T&E policy, and working with internal customers to resolve issues as they arise.

+ Collect data, analyze and develop reporting to evaluate T&E spending trends and suggest improvements.

+ Ensure spending is within T&E policy guidelines and resolve issues where appropriate.

+ Provide support to Sales Operations and ZOLL Management including ad-hoc data analysis, special projects, monthly metrics preparation and other duties as assigned.

+ Special projects as required.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

+ 2 year degree in Business or Accounting preferred

+ Experience with expense report processing preferred

+ Experience with Concur T&E software preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

+ Working knowledge of expense reporting system and business intelligence required

+ Microsoft Office products

+ Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.

+ Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
