    Summary:

    Responsible for delivery of drugs and supplies to patients home or residence. Responsibilities include performing home assessment for suitability for home infusion therapy, assisting with assembly of supplies for delivery, assisting with storage of supplies in warehouse, reviewing Pharmacy admit packet with patient/caregiver, collecting payment or co-payment for services and performing other duties as assigned.
