    Job Summary

    Help create insurance product strategy, drive rapid insurance product development and support all state expansion efforts. Analyze and monitor insurance product performance to make data-based decisions regarding underwriting, coverage, and pricing to drive continuous improvement. Support internal and external partners to drive state strategy. Act as a product line expert and maintain a thorough knowledge of product features and benefits, as well as industry product trends; provide product expertise to various internal areas, including product, engineering, growth, and claims. Foster competitive intelligence through monitoring of competitor pricing and product activities.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    **Education:** Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience.

    **Experience:** 7 - 9 years or Associate’s degree equivalent plus 9 - 11 years.

    **Knowledge:** Complete understanding and knowledge of industry, practices, standards, and concepts within field of work and broad business segment. Solid knowledge of management practices.

    Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + One or more years of supervisory/managerial experience.

    + Expertise in personal lines preferred but not required.

    + Experience developing and implementing products, underwriting and coverage programs preferred.

    + Highly skilled in data, modeling and analytics

    + Agile with a growth mindset

    + Fluent in SQL, python or other programing language

    + Strategic Communication

    + Promote a data driven culture
