Our client, a leading manufacturer in electrification products, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting various functional groups. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Financial Analyst

**Location:** Ormond Beach, FL

What's the Job?

+ Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs to identify variances and trends; collaborate with production teams to optimize resource allocation and reduce waste.

+ Reconcile balance sheet and ensure all financial records comply with accounting standards and company policies, including intercompany transactions.

+ Evaluate financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making; prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business goals.

+ Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.

+ Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management; support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

What's Needed?

+ 2+ years of experience in a financial analyst role.

+ Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the capability to manipulate large volumes of data.

+ Experience with SAP is preferred.

+ Experience in developing Power BI will be a differential.

+ Proficiency in the English language.
