Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking an Operations Specialist. Davie, FL.

Summary of responsibilities:

+ Assists with facility and equipment preventative maintenance plan and minor repairs.

+ Knowledgeable of building policies and procedures for all Campus Rec facilities

+ Assist with managing membership operations including reconciliation process for credit/debit card sales, journal entries, payroll deduction, and installment billing process.

+ Responsible for sale of lockers, and program registrations through Innosoft Fusion Software

+ Assist with off-site trip programming (adventure or local trips).

+ Assist with scheduling fitness programs and events on all 3 Broward campuses (Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Dania Beach).

+ Articulate accurate information and answer questions to patron’s in-person, over phone, and by email.

+ Responsible for knowledge of various departmental and FAU resources.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary:

$16 - $20 per hour.
