    About The Role:

    As a CBRE Sr Business Operations Coordinator, you will assist our network operations and brokerage sales teams by providing research, data collection, and data management support to internal and external clients.

     

    We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to support our Network Advisory Services group in Business Operations and Revenue Management.

    What You'll Do:

    - Apply CRM tools to track client data, commissions, and revenue.

     

    - Interface with vendors and service distributors via email and phone to assist with account revenue recovery.

     

    - Assist in preparing financial and analytical reports for internal teams.

     

    - Capture and manage supporting documentation in various formats.

     

    - Provide accurate and up-to-date reporting of key performance indicators/ critical metrics.

     

    - Perform research on industry standard methodologies, benchmarks, and client concerns.

     

    - Be a backup to Sr. Operations Manager in uploading and processing commission files.

    - Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university or 2-5 years of related experience.

     

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

     

    - Strong organizational and analytical skills.

     

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.

     

    - Salesforce experience preferred but not necessary.

     

    - No formal supervisory responsibilities.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Business Operations Coordinator position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Business Operations Coordinator position is $70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
