Make a difference as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
As a new Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Wellington Health and Rehabilitation, you can expect a dynamic and fulfilling day-to-day experience centered around resident care. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, fostering a sense of dignity and independence. You'll collaborate closely with nursing staff to monitor vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization in resident areas will be an essential part of your role.
Flexibility is key, as you will be scheduled for either 1st or 2nd shift, accommodating Full-Time or Part-Time options. Expect to work every other weekend, with potential shift differentials to support coverage during peak hours.
