Elite Contracting Group is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our Virginia Beach, Virginia location.  Elite Contracting Group is one of Virginia's fastest-growing full-service security and resiliency solution integration companies.

Responsibilities:

+ Track incoming and outgoing products

+ Track and research warranty and non-warranty repairs

+ Load and unload deliveries

+ Manage and maintain an inventory system

+ Inspect shipments to account for items and identify damaged or mis-ordered inventory

+ Maintain, clean, and organize the warehouse and assigned areas

+ Assist in oversight of facility maintenance

+ Pick-up and deliver materials as needed

+ Operate forklift as needed

Qualifications:

+ Experience utilizing inventory programs/databases to track inventory

+ Basic understanding of inventory control procedures

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ Excellent attention to detail

+ Strong organization skills

+ Proven ability to follow through and complete tasks with minimum supervision

+ Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check

+ Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently

+ Experience operating a forklift; current certification preferred

+ Ability to pass a criminal background check

+ We are a 24/7/365 company; must be flexible with our work schedule
