Essential Job Duties:
The Executive Assistant’s primary responsibility is to provide support with the following.
+ Manage the Executive’s schedule, acting as a gatekeeper and providing access.
+ Offer scheduling support to the Executive Director.
+ Build crucial relationships and handle special projects with organizational impact.
+ Conduct research, prepare briefing materials, and edit presentations and correspondence.
+ Manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines, prioritizing the Executive’s goals and issues.
+ Respond to non-routine inquiries and forward issues to appropriate staff.
+ Oversee sensitive or complex projects and assist with budget management.
+ Handle sensitive contacts with discretion.
Required Qualifications:
+ Proven experience providing executive-level support, preferably at the C-suite level
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
+ Advanced technical proficiency across a range of platforms and tools
+ Demonstrated ability to operate with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
