Assisting the Product Owner Team Manager, you will lead on the translation of customer requirements into a cohesive solution architecture which aligns to the technology roadmap

The Platform Architect plays a key role within:

+ Securing and safeguarding the integrity of solution architecture in line with relevant regulatory, privacy and security guidelines

+ Demonstrating expertise within the database structure and building a common roadmap

+ Providing technical support to the Process Application Specialist for solution design

+ Constructively challenging key users and stakeholders to clarify needs and shape solutions

+ Develop further knowledge within relevant technologies and applications

+ Maintain overview of emerging ServiceNow portfolio to identify opportunities for investment

+ Act as the integration expert and lead for all required product upgrades

+ Proven experience with ServiceNow in a similar Solution Architect role - Essential

+ Strong leadership with the ability to create a learning culture - Essential

+ Demonstrable exposure to Agile development and DevOps methodologies – Essential

+ Previous track record of leading development activities with external partners – Essential

+ Clear business acumen and ability to build effective stakeholder relations – Essential

+ Fluent written and spoken English - Essential
