    Administrative Assistant - Financial Advisors Office

     

    Direct-Hire / Permanent position

    Robert Half has partnered with a local financial advisor's office in their search of an employee to help provide administrative support to their President, Financial Advisor, and the office in general.

     

    Ideal candidates with have strong administrative experience within a financial services/financial advisor office - - OR interest in the industry.

     

    This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a client of Robert Half

    Main Responsibilities:

    General administrative functions for the office

     

    Calendar management

     

    Phone triage and client communications

     

    Assist with logging client withdrawals and deposits

     

    General account maintenance

     

    Daily use of MS Office and CRM systems

    Requirements

    Desired Experience:

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role for at least 2 years

    • Series 6, 63, 65 license (or willingness/interest in obtaining - paid for by company)

    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

    • Experience in managing appointments and calendars

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
