• E-Billing Analyst

    Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an E-Billing Analyst to join our team located in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. This role centers around managing the company's electronic billing system, working closely with both the finance and legal teams, and playing a pivotal role in the organization's financial success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the electronic billing system to ensure its efficient operation

    • Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner

    • Maintain compliance with client billing guidelines

    • Address and resolve any discrepancies that may arise in billing

    • Work in collaboration with the finance and legal departments to ensure accurate billing

    • Contribute to the organization's overall financial success through effective billing management

    • Utilize accounting software systems, such as Aderant and Elite 3E, to perform billing functions

    • Handle accounts receivable tasks as needed

    • Conduct auditing activities to ensure billing accuracy

    • Manage legal billing processes and functions. Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is required

    • Experience with Aderant software is essential

    • Solid understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary

    • Must have knowledge in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Proficiency in Auditing is preferred

    • Familiarity with Billing Functions is a must

    • Experience with Elite 3E software is an advantage

    • Background in Legal Billing is required
