Our client is looking for an experienced and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you possess exceptional skills in processing invoices, managing expense reports, and maintaining vendor relationships, you might be the perfect fit for this role. In this position, you will play a crucial part in providing financial, administrative, and clerical services by ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts. Responsibilities:

+ Verify vendor invoices for accuracy, proper documentation, and approvals, while ensuring correct coding.

+ Manage vendor relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving disputes promptly.

+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

+ Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records, generating reports on outstanding payables and upcoming payment schedules.

+ Assist in month-end closing activities, including financial reporting tasks.

+ Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting regulations during all accounts payable activities.

Requirements

The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.

Other requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist position include and are not limited to:

+ 2+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience

+ Experience with Elite 3E

+ Intermediate level proficiency in Excel functions

+ Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy

+ Team player with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
