Description We are in search of a Staff Accountant to become a key part of our team based in Temecula, California. As a Staff Accountant, your role will primarily revolve around maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role is situated within a CA Firm and offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements

• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

• Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data

• Conducting internal audits and assisting in external audits

• Analyzing financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures

• Providing strategic guidance around financial analysis and profitability

• Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes

• Providing support to the financial department and performing related tasks as needed. Requirements • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role within a CA Firm is required.

• Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the General Ledger.

• Solid proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prepare financial reports and statements.

• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

• Excellent numerical skills and ability to handle large amounts of data.

• Proficient in maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate with other departments.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
