Description

We are seeking a Compliance Data Analyst to join our team in Middletown, or Bedminster, New Jersey. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining and analyzing data compliance, utilizing tools such as SQL and Power BI. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Work with SQL to manage and analyze data

• Use Power BI for data visualization and reporting

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and standards

• Monitor data integrity and implement corrective actions if necessary

• Collaborate with team members to improve data management practices

• Conduct regular audits to ensure data is accurate and compliant

• Develop and implement data compliance policies and procedures

• Provide assistance in resolving data related inquiries and issues

• Stay up-to-date with industry compliance regulations and standards

• Participate in data compliance projects as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Compliance Analyst or similar role.

• Proficient in Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

• Strong knowledge of SQL for database management and querying.

• Solid understanding of contract compliance and regulatory standards.

• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.

• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ethical, with the ability to remain impartial and report all non-compliance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
