Description
Desktop Support Analyst in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you'll provide technical support to both office-based and remote staff. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience supporting workstation technology in a corporate environment, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
+ Imaging, configuration, deployment, and user setup of workstations using enterprise tools such as SCCM/MDT. Experience with Autopilot/Intune is a plus.
+ Deployment of corporate applications using software distribution tools.
+ Tracking and reporting on hardware assets.
+ Support end-user security applications (e.g., malware removal, hard drive encryption, backup configuration).
+ Research and implementation of workstation-related updates and initiatives (e.g., OS patches, browser upgrades, application deployments).
+ Provide Level 2 troubleshooting and resolution for workstations, mobile devices, applications, network connectivity, and other services.
+ Diagnose and resolve technical issues for office staff, as well as VIPs and Executives, via onsite and remote support.
+ Support tasks like port testing and bandwidth monitoring as part of low-level network troubleshooting.
+ Manage support tickets and SLAs using common incident management platforms such as ServiceNow and Remedy.
+ Educate end users on technology best practices.

Requirements
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11
• Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and networks
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
• Ability to prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document technical information and processes clearly and accurately
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field would be advantageous
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to participate in continuous development and training to keep technical skills up-to-date
