    Job Title: Human Resources Manager

     

    Compensation: $75,000–$100,000 + full benefits, 401(k) with 3% match, and profit sharing (~2%)

     

    Reports To: CEO

    This growing professional services firm offers a broad range of services and is in an expansion phase, planning to grow by about 35% by the end of 2026.

    Position Summary

    This HR Manager role is designed for an HR Generalist looking to take the next step in their career. The position will focus primarily on recruiting, especially campus recruiting, while also supporting various general HR functions. This is a hands-on role with an opportunity to implement and refine HR processes, work closely with senior leadership, and help drive the firm’s HR strategy forward.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (70%)

     

    + Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, with a primary focus on campus recruitment

    + Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support recruitment efforts

    + Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine talent acquisition strategies

    + Own the onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

     

    General HR Operations (30%)

     

    + Assist in refining the performance review process and explore automation options

    + Contribute to the development and updating of the Employee Handbook

    + Support benefits administration, with the controller handling payroll

    + Play a key role in the development of internal training programs

    + Help prepare for HRIS implementation in the future

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 3–5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting (campus recruiting preferred)

    + Experience within a professional services environment

    + Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growing company

    + Strong knowledge of HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Bachelor’s degree required (HR-related field preferred)

    + SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus, or the desire to obtain one
