Description We are in need of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in the financial services industry, based in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for various HR-related tasks including compliance, employee relations, and managing hiring processes. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the hiring process
• Maintain and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Foster and maintain positive employee relations within the organization
• Effectively utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR management
• Leverage Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) for efficient data transfer
• Implement and manage HCM (Human Capital Management) strategies
• Handle all benefit functions for employees
• Utilize Ceridian for HR and payroll management
• Maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization. Requirements • Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary.
• Experience with Ceridian software is a plus.
• Understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management) is expected.
• Expertise in Benefit Functions is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards within the HR field is necessary.
• Experience in handling employee relations is expected.
