Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in the Legal industry, based in New York. In this role, you will be handling a variety of personal injury matters, focusing on client representation, drafting and filing legal documents, and managing discovery processes effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, labor law, and child sex abuse matters.

• Represent clients effectively in court conferences and party depositions.

• Draft, file, and manage motions, pleadings, bills of particulars, discovery demands, and correspondence.

• Manage and oversee discovery processes, ensuring efficient advancement of cases.

• Prepare for trials with opportunities for trial work available based on experience.

• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment within the team.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing discovery and deadlines.

• Handle emotionally sensitive cases with professionalism and care.

• Show a deep-seated desire to advance plaintiffs' rights and assist clients.

• Take on tasks of all sizes, demonstrating a positive attitude and team-player mentality. Requirements • Applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer.

• Experience in Personal Injury Law is required.

• Proficiency in Briefing is essential.

• Demonstrable knowledge in Personal Injury Litigation is necessary.

• Experience representing Personal Injury Plaintiffs is required.

• A valid license to practice law is needed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Strong research and analytical skills are necessary.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit detail-oriented discretion is essential.

• Capability to manage multiple cases independently is required.

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to advocate for clients effectively are needed.
